Hello, I just purchased a server probably going to be factions, I am a developer and in no way am I builder so while i'm configuring the plugins I need a builder or so, most likely will be rewarded with a staff position.

I dont believe rewarding them with a staff position higher than builder would be necessary because they shoud be earned. Keep that in mind!
