imo, I like Factions. Not just normal factions. But something unique.
IF you would make a factions server, add some diferrent plugins, unique plugins and etc. And yeah, good staff, good forums as Narnian Dryad said.

Well.. here's my list of things I love about good servers:
1. Admins that take the time to listen, punish fairly, and BAN ALL OF THE HACKERS!
2. Friendly players who try not to use profanities (that ruins gameplay)
3. A fair amount of players, enough so I'm not waiting an hour for a game to get the minimum amount of people.
4. Either a variety of unique mini-games, or just one central very unique, engaging one. (like hypixel, thehive, or n@w.)
5. A website that has forums, etc, or something on here!
All in all, I would love a server with friendly players, caring admins, justice, unique game(s), or I would be fine playing even just factions, especially if you add special plugins! I hope you succeed in making your server, and if you ever need help, I could try and round up some more players! Have fun!
