5.) How many hours are you willing to dedicate? As much as I can before and after school. Much more than the 7 hours a week
6.) How can we trust that you’re going to be a dedicated and trustful staff member?
I have owned my own server and understand what other owners and admins go through on a daily basis and I don't want to make it worse since I know my place in line. I love to help people on server and make sure they are having fun while making sure they're aren't any problems that they are having. I want playing to be a fun experience that absolutely everyone can enjoy.

8.) Describe your personality to us? I'm a fun happy guy while also being ready to work
9.) Why should we pick you?
I personally think that I have maturity and am ready to take on any problem or duty faced to me. I have experience on servers and know how to dev them and what certain commands are. I have dealt with many plugins and know how to use them as well as tried creating one myself (FAILED! HARD!) I have very much fun in helping others as well as communicating with others. I love to be able to meet people and get to know them and eventually learn more about them. I am able to help with any task you ask and I will get involved with the community on a daily basis. I am ready for any challenge you throw at me and in the end I WILL get it done. I know there are deadlines for servers and that's why I will get things done by those deadlines. I understand owners and admins have the right away to decide things and that there is a chain of command to follow and listen to. If you don't follow that command the whole entire system could fall apart. I get that rules are meant to be followed and I know how to enforce them. I know you don't ban someone for talking every 2 seconds. There are commands I receive as a helper and I know that they come with great responsibility. I want to make sure people have an enjoyable experience and not a disastrous one that could ruin their time on the server. If you are reading I am thanking you for that and hope that you understand where I'm coming from.
