Hi, I need some help. I would really like to make a map and i don't know the proper way to make modpacks to the technic launcher. So I need a modpack in 1.7.10 on the technic launcher with the following:

Minecraft comes Alive 1.7.10

Custom NPCs 1.7.10

DecoCraft 1.7.10

Statues 1.7.10

If you do help me with this, you will help beta test the map. It will have a sims-esque feel to it, and you and others who apply for beta testing will get statues in the town hall. You may add more mods that are not required for those other mods to run, just don't add any that modify the gameplay farther, such as dbz craft or pixelmon.
