You do realize that you gave us a local IP address. If you want us to join, you can either do it through LogMeIn Hamachi, a paid hosting website, or Port Forwarding.
Your local IP address leads me to believe that you are using Xfinity Wifi. To use port forwarding:
Go to 10.0.0.1 on your browser.
Use the username: admin and the password: password
Go to port forwarding and bind the port.
