My server is still work in progress. I'm looking for a developer to set up some commands etc.

Mic: it is an okay mic, you can here me, but i sound like a child, irl my voice is much deeper. xD
Why you? I am actually looking for something to do, make new friends, and just start over. I would also like to be a girl admin because that equals out equality for servers. I get along with guys, and girls. I am very responsible and would use my power for what i should use it for. I would give off warnings instead of automatic bans, and i am very mature for my age.
What role? Admin.

Mic: I do indeed have a mic, I have no problem with talking with people. In fact, the most important thing for a build team should be communication.
Why you: I personally think that it would be a good idea to pick me because I have plenty of experience of being a builder. I currently build for a smaller server but I am hoping to help everyone that I possibly can. I also think that I should be picked due to me working well with a team or by myself. I have no problem with people giving me orders but I do draw the line of people giving me orders and refusing to do anything. My builds:

How active are you? (In hours a day):
Mainly 3+ hours during the week, or more. Mainly 10 or so hours on Weekends! 6 hours or so, during school holidays.
What is your timezone?

Server Experience:
I have been Admin several times, but I was banned once on a server as Admin; I don't know the reason why, as it was saying I was a bully; when I was everyone's favorite admin, as far as I was aware. I've been Helper and Mod, I have banned a few people; but most of my staff experiences have been smooth. I'm praised for my player interaction and activity on some days! I've also Co-Owned a server, but it didn't do so well, due to little player activity. I've never been banned as a user, only as an Admin and a troll ban as Co-Owner on servers. If you do not believe some of this, that is fine; it's sounds off, but it's very true.
Past Bans:
As aforementioned, I'm not saying I'm perfect, I only get banned for no reason, hackers or annoying other staff (despite having no warning). I am mainly banned as staff, but that was in 2011, it's been no bans for while as staff. I may not be aware of other bans, but feel free to look me up; I don't remember a few of them.
Maturity Level
7.5, I can be mature in serious situations, but can have fun when fine to do so.
Why do you deserve to be part of staff?
I just want to help servers be friendly servers, with good staff and next to no bad players or ruined experiences. I'm not saying I deserve this, but my main reason is to help this server grow big, get more players!
