So I want to build a decent PC, and I'm not sure what I'm going to need. I am not very tech savvy. As of now, I have a few parts for it, and my budget is very limited. Keep in mind- I'm not trying to build a super amazing gaming PC, just a computer I can use for some basic stuff like programming in Python. Here's the list of parts I already have:

4GB of RAM (Not sure how good that is)
An NVidia graphics card (Not really sure what kind, but I'm just looking for anything in general)
A decent processor - not double.
The main tower with pretty much all the inner workings, etc.
A power supply.
A good fan.

So that's about it. Sorry I don't know many of the specifics, like I said- I don't know anything about computers.

Okay, I believe I have an Nvidia GTX 770. I bought it a while back.

you should consider atleast 8 GB of RAM.
I recommend an Nvidia GTX 780 or 770, not that expensive compared to a titan or 780ti and can still keep up at a good fps.
Cpu (Processor): if you want to do video rendering/ editing and animations i would consider going with an i7. Otherwise go with an Intel Core i5-4670K or something similar.
You almost never need a full tower case. Look for a medium or small.
I don't know a lot about power supplies but you should grab one with atleast 650w to keep up with the system.
Sometimes the fans in the case are enough but you need a cpu cooling fan for the processor

Gtx 770 and 780 are high end cards for high end computers, if you are planning to build a way more than a decent computer than use a 770 or a 780, 770 is more of the bang for the buck but the 780 obviously performs better. I love my 770 :3
The 770 comes in at 320-380 dollars (most around 340), 780 comes in at 490-560 dollars (most around 520) (770 and 780 are some of the best cards out there, 770 is 4th in the gtx series but soon to be fifth due to the gtx 790)
Ps: you'll want more than a 700 watt psu so you can upgrade
