Bungeecord teleport HELP

Hey guys I'm trying to make a teleport command to another server but I can't find a way to do that. I hope that some of you guys has a code for me.

Well, to what I remember from my current network /server has to be client-side not bukkit/spigot-side, unless you have a plugin that links up to bungeecord. I am able to use /tellraw, for something that says "Click here" to join or warp to a different server. That is then ran client-side. Besides there isn't another way, without a plugin.

There is already a way to teleport between servers. OPs and console can "/send"
players to other servers
players to other servers

Not to mention the /server command that's built right into BungeeCord.
