Cant install snapshot 12w21b

i deleted my minecraft.jar and dropped the snaphot jar file in and started up minecraft but got this error. "its worse than that jim! hes dead!
unfortunately we cant automagically download the server for this snapshot
download the server and extract it to c:/users/appdata/roaming/.minecraft/server/minecraft_server.jar"
please help

u have to create a folder called server in .minecraft with the server.jar file in it.
The server.jar file should have came in the same zipped package as the snapshot
