It costs 470 british pounds, so I would estimate about 600 us dollars.

Buy an advent dt2111, and upgrade the graphics card to a evga gtx ti 650 ssc. That's what I've got, and it came play all the games I need, on high/highest quality.

Congratulations. You paid more for rebranded Dell parts.
OP, don't buy an Alienware. Dell figured out that they could trick people into buying their computers by giving them shiny cases and calling them "gaming computers".

You expect to play Crysis 3 on high AND stream it with that price point? That's not going to happen. That price range can give you a moderate budget computer that can run all the best games at hopefully 30 fps or more.
To start off your build, I recommend the video card: HIS Radeon HD 6670 Low Profile edition.
It has 1GB GDDR5 Memory, can be clocked up a bit, and has been reported to handle Skyrim on Ultra settings with 25~30 fps.
If your not satisfied with this video card suggestion for that price range, you should save up some money. A computer you describe will cost at least $800+.
