Have you updated your java? Have you got the 64 bit version?
This is talking about games such as Call of Duty, not Minecraft.

Ah, my bad, when I saw 30 frames, I didn't think anything of it, because COD: Ghosts run's like crap on even high end computers, not because it's demanding, because the developers couldn't give two craps about PC gamers. I believe there was a 3rd party mod that made it run better, but Activision said they'd ban anyone that used it. (kinda low, right?)
Only thing I can think of, is update your video card drivers (you did that, maybe try the beta drivers?)
or turn down your settings.

I was just playing and it calmed down, but when I started ANOTHER MP match, it started to lag badly, as in drop frames.
I wonder if it is my internet, if it is possible.

No, internet won't mess with FPS (Unless it's ArmA, if the server and you have a bad connection, or the server is just slow in general, you're FPS will drop)
And yeah, I'm pretty sure it's just COD: Ghosts being what it is. Because you're card is more than capable.

Well the problem right off the bat, your Processor is only running at 2.2 GHz. But, which GPU are you using?
What graphics card do you have?
