I watch the vid. Apperrently ppl that knows how to edit/make/remake characters on winmugen, should be able to do some simple mod.

If you dont know what winmugen is, its an emulator with characters from everything! Ranging from chuck norris to inuyasha, or whatever!

learn basic java! And set up mcp and since you will know "java" you can code from there.

ok im using my dads computer so i dont want to do the downloading stuff i dont have winrar or anything like it and i dont know how to do any coding

Then there's not really that much you can do that pertains to modding... sorry.

The only things you have to install are the JDK, (It's way easier to install on Linux. All you have to do is type in javac and install the program that it tells you to: type in sudo apt-get install <whatever package it said you need> on the terminal. It may, however, tell you possible parameters and such, in which case you already have the JDK installed! Make SURE you get v6. v7 will not work w/ MCP.) and MCP.
If you understand the syntax and everything, but just did not know how to compile your mod, then could you please explain to me how you make the mod code?
