Start menu > Accessories > System tools > System restore
There you can set your computer to a date when everything worked ok.

I ran it found 2 threats hit "copy to quarantine" and it still redirects. I honestly dont know what to do

You can't really reset it, if you don't have the disk to reinstall windows.
You could just uninstall everything and delete history/files.

If you have a virus, get rid of it. Assuming you're a child and not independent, tell them and take it to a computer store to get it fixed.
