Hello!

My friend tried to create a PMC account and it seemed to work fine. But the activation email was never sent. He has been waiting and waiting. I even tried making an accoutn and I had the same problem! Does anyone know how to fix this?

^ and Did he spell & capitalize it properly, I assume emails are case-sensitive (caps are important (BilL is not BILL or bill))

I don't think the emails are case-sensitive because there can only be one email with that name.
For example:
If you wanted to email cyprezzandParil@gmail.com<a href="mailto:CyprezzAndParil@gmail.com">CyprezzAndParil@gmail.com</a><!-- e -->.

When he tries to log in, tell him that after the first attempt it will redirect him to a different page. Then afterwards, underneath the password box, there should be blue text saying "Resend Activation Email." Tell him to click it, and fill out the info (Username and email associated with his PMC account).
