Okay, when I was a bit younger, I made the mistake of buying a regular computer from Walmart.... It's gotten real slow nowadays, and I want a new computer I have a really low budget... Of 600 bucks... I heard building a computer helped the cost, but I really don't know how... So I was looking on eBay, yes... And if you still want a desktop, I would recommend looking here for computer parts to build your own computer. I built a really nice computer that way, and it was pretty cheap.

The user is asking for help because he doesn't know much about computers. Obviously he probably would have done that if he knew what the specs mean (which I'm guessing he doesn't).
And googling that is the best way to find the $3000 computers, not the cheap ones.
And if you still want a desktop, I would recommend looking here for computer parts to build your own computer. I built a really nice computer that way, and it was pretty cheap.

I don't suggest this computer as it uses intergrated graphics. Unless you spend all day every day on the internet and you don't play games, then I suggest looking for a better computer. Intergrated graphics are not good for gaming, and, can cause some issues in Minecraft. Most of the cost of that computer is the processor and OS, the rest is real cheap.
I suggest either building it yourself or finding a good computer. I suggest looking at the intel i7/i5 series' and looking at the nvidia geforce 600's series for a good computer. Look around, check some tech sites and find the best deals by searching everywhere, tech shops, websites and all other places you can think of.
