Render Distance
When ever i turn the render distance past 6 this happens:[file:///C:/Users/Dropcam/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/screenshots/2015-08-01_19.50.12.png] sorry i dont know if i did the whole image thing right

Upload the image to some place like Imgur so we can view it. That's the location of the image on your computer.

It's a bug with the rendering system. you need to keep it below 5 for it to stop doing it, or get either an updated java, or get 64 bit
I've had this problem before. I updated all of my video card drivers and updated to 64 bit Java. This fixed everything. If you press 'Download' on Java's website that will default to 32-bit, not 64 bit. You need to do a little digging to find it, but it's not hard.

Updated java and it didn't work
This is not my best of help, dude, but you might need to wait for the chunks to load. If that doesn't work, you'll just have to figure it out, I'm afraid.
The chunks kind of flicker
I have had this same problem before... By any chance are you using Optifine or Liteloader?
Try using VBOs.
