Server mods How to?
I have a server up and running as it is and I need help putting mods on to it without losing my world save. I am using the server app from minecraft.net and hamachi. How do I add mods to the already running server?

On my PC well then I guess I want plugins for my server
A few questions; first off, are you talking about plugins? Mods and plugins are different to an extent, as mods usually refer to client-based changes, while plugins are for servers. Also, are you running the server externally through a control panel or using your own personal computer?
