I have noticed in the past so and so I've been on this site that there's ads. (durr) But I've also noticed that some/most of these ads have something to do with other games. Maybe it's not big deal, and maybe I'm crazy, but i think it would be more beneficial if the ads would related to Minecraft/not any other game(That is, if you can decide what ad goes on this site) Once again, maybe it's not big deal. But I noticed the big display of Maplestory and thought of this^.

It's not that they were offensive or anything of the sort, the ads are fine. I just didn't know if anyone cared that a minecraft site was supporting maple story or anything. I'm indifferent..

Cyprezz is looking into selling ad slots for minecraft-related stuff (he already has some) but most of the ads come off an ad-reel service.
BTW, if you find any of the ads offensive, or they MAKE NOISE, please alert one of the moderators with a screenshot so we can let the ad-reel service know. The ads are NOT supposed to make noise and they are supposed to be family-oriented. Thanks.

In all honesty, money is money. This site gets hundreds, if not thousands, of people per day. It's a lot of money to keep it up and running. Ads bring in a lot of the money for it, and personally, I don't mind ads as long as they aren't pornoghraphic/arousing.
