Is this Graphic Card good?

I've been thinking of buying this graphic card for 20$, but I have no knowledge of graphics card and I don't want to waste my money without knowing anything about it!

Also, I wouldn't even call the "EVGA GeForce 8400 GS 1 GB" a graphics card. 8 CUDA cores? You aren't going anywhere with that.

As I said I have no knowledge of graphics cards, I don't know how to check what my graphics card is and I don't know if I can upgrade. I just heard they can make your gaming faster. My minecraft fps is around 10-30

If you are running Windows 7, click on the start orb, right click on "Computer" and click "Manage". In that window, click on Device Manager and click the arrow under "Display adapters". That will show you what your current graphics card is.

Like DasDuriel said, we don't know what you had before, so it could be a major downgrade (the 8400 sucks). Also, do you even know if you can upgrade?
