i want to make it so anyone can build in the wild but yet i have protection in my spawn area im currently using factions and im not comfortable with that at the moment so please come help u could help me edit the settings file over team viewer like so people can build in the wild???

Pffft.. Honestly, you shouldn't be using Towny or Factions for spawn protection. Instead, set yourself up with worldguard and worldedit*

Do you have the Essentials Protection Plugin ? Because if you do i would suggest removing it and use a plugin that i like better. Its call iZone. I can help you set up the config files for it.
