Alright so here's how its gonna go down. You rate the player/planet minecrafter above you. If you THINK/ KNOW he/she is a troll then say "TROLL!!!!" and if they aren't then just be like "da durp o_o" Say anything. Also rate him/her from 1-10 on the likely of him/her trollin.
