ok so recently i was digging into how to make my overall profile a little bit nicer/better, and i noticed that a lot of people actually posted pictures in their "about me" description bar to describe themselves instead of using regular text. so i went and made myself a photo for it. get ready to stick it in, then i notice that something is wrong.....i look at the "edit" area where you would normally have an "insert image" button, but it didnt have one. so i saw a different guy who did have one, PMed him about how he managed to post a picture in his profile description, and he says he used the "insert image" button.

i cant post a picture when im editing my profile description:

how can i solve this issue? i see that a lot of users have this ability but i am not able to use it. why?
