Uploading Texture Help
I'm trying to upload a texture and it keeps on loading and keeps saying uploading file

That's probably it about being level 1 but how do I message a moderator
no its in the texture selection it says that a moderator will review my texturepack to see if it works right
Hmmm...maybe it's something new. Or perhaps it's because you're level 1. PMC doesn't like spam so it's their guard against it.
Message a moderator and see what they can do for you. A texture pack shouldn't need checking over usually.

its not showing up in the texturepacks selection it says pending green light
Are you sure you're submitting a texture pack and not something in the mods section? Because as far as I can tell, a greenlight process only applies to mods.
how do I do it on mediafire is it share link or do I just copy the website address
Use the share link.
Some services don't work with PMC. Give MediaFire a shot. That works all the time for me.
that's what I figured out but how do I link the download to my dropbox like I put a link but it said invalid URL
The texture pack uploader does not work for most people. Use a sight like Mediafire or Dropbox, and make a mirror link to the download on those sites.
so does that mean that the ability to create texture packs are down or something?
If by that, you mean the ability to upload them and download them, then yes. You can still make packs [as I am doing right now] but they might not be able to upload to PMC, or be downloaded from here either...
Now I'm no genius, nor do I know too much about this site. but my texture pack is having problems too, my best guess would be that the servers are down...
