Uploading Worlds?

So I have made some pretty cool Minecraft worlds and want to upload them to Planet Minecraft. Could someone please tell me how to upload certain worlds to PMC please? Thanks

I would have made this post in the help section, though.

Upload them in projects. Take screenshots, too. It's required.
To upload:
1. Use 7zip or WinRAR to archive the world folder.
2. Upload it to Mediafire or something like that.
3. Copy the download link into the spot for it under uploads.
Done!

Copy your world if you want to keep it, then put it in the box where it says "Choose file"
