What happened to registration?

Good day, my friend is trying to register here, and when he click "Create account" he see information:
"Creating a new account is currently not possible."
He can't register for already 3 days... when will it be fixed?

it's goes up and down. Like a rollercoaster. Your friend will just have to be patient and wait for it to be back up.
i had the same problem once, i tried months later and it worked xD
