I like all of these mobs for different reasons. Sheep were the first passive mob to my knowledge, and they are essential for any pixel art or colourful builds. Wolves are potentially the most underrated and loyal bodyguards in the game. I will always respect them after a Wolf killed a Mutant Zombie from full health for me in a modpack when I only had Iron and Leather tier gear. Cats are good at keeping Creepers and Phantoms away, plus their gifts. Despite how underwhelming the Glow Squid, Bat, and Sniffer are, they all serve a purpose. Glow Squids and Bats provide ambiance for caves and deep oceans, and Sniffers are a nice "trophy mob" alongside Pink Sheep, Brown Panda, Screaming Goat, Green Frog, and Blue Axolotl.

I like most mobs. I don't think wolves are underrated though. But it is cool how it killed a mutant zombie. Also pet wolves are cute.

And that's also why they teleport. They eat so much chorus flower they became on with the fruit. That's also why they have purple eyes.

Farm animals are cool. I made about a thousand diffferent mob skins for the pig on PMC.

Bats do interesting stuff IRL, but in Minecraft in my opinion the are just there to make an addition to the game. They don't drop anything.

One of my favorite Minecraft mods, Witchery for Minecraft 1.7.10, makes bats drop "bat wool" used in magic.

Yeh tamed bats would be cool. But why bat wool? Bats have fur not wool.

Haha true, they do have fur, I think it is just because it fits the witch theme of the mod. But imagine what a teeny tiny amount of fur it must be, lol

Eek sheep are the only [renewable] source of wool/carpet, but withers are needed for nether stars…

My least favourite mob is the glow squid (Thanks Dream) and then it is the wandering trader

wandering trader can get you exotic dyes and saplings though, so it's not entirely useless. (plus free leads)

Yes, they are cool. They pollinate, go in beehives and bee nests, make honey, poison you, die if they poison you, die underwater and about 265,798 other features.
