Xbox servers on PS3?
So recently I have been eyeballing the PS3 version of minecraft, but my friend has the Xbox version, so is there anyway they can both connect? after all, the console versions are more than likely the same, right?

Sorry to inform you, but PS3 & Xbox 360 versions of Mimecraft do not connect.
1. They don't use the same networks.
2. Written in different languages.
3. As with most games, this is the same. For example, Call of Duty series. Each stays on their own respective platform.
