Hello everyone. I have an idea for a mod based off the manga series Deathnote. Now what I want to put into this mod is, have medium to large sized modern cities randomly generated into a world, but more often than villages. Next, have NPC's which resemble the player, instead of Testificates, and can communicate with you and have their own occupation. Then, we come to the Deathnote. You can find it anywhere in the world. It spawns quite rarely and when you pick it up, a Shinigami begins following you. You can write the name of an NPC into the Deathnote and it will kill them within probably, 5 seconds? You can also half your health and hunger bar to obtain the Shinigami eyes which allow you to see the name of the NPC. So what do you think? Is this mod achievable? Can it be done? If so, how long will it take to create? Any suggestions?
