Hello PMC,
I am planning to do a smiley Minecraft Mob Skin Contest! Here are the rules!

Boring Legal Stuff

- No HD Skins
- Incorporate the above emoji
- Can be any mob, no player skins allowed
- Do not copy other skins
- Do not make anything you wouldn't show your grandma
- Looking for people to rate the skins, PM me if you are interested! I need 2 other mods
- HAVE FUN!

I hope I will get some mods and also some skin submissions soon. You will be rated -/30 points for shading and technique and -/40 points for creativity, for a total of 70 points. There is no prize for winning, however, you will be permanently on my support list with a trophy emoji next to your name "🏆", and also in italics the contest you won (in this case, "Smiley Minecraft Mob Skin Contest".

I will add submissions to a collection that will be live after the first submission!
