The PMCUS Proudly Presents: The Prom Skin Contest!
The Prom Skin Contest is a contest that doesn't have to be for members in the PMCUS group, it can be with ANYONE! One of the members has to pick YOU as their date, and one makes a boy skin, one makes a girl skin. You can only ask ONE person, and you must do it by 5/25/13. You must pick someone of the oppisite gender and it must be prom-related, such as: DISCO, ZOMBIE, AND TUX/DRESS. Skins will be judged by then, so hurry hurry hurry! It must be a skin with a tux, afro, all that jazz that you would wear at a prom.
I don't understand, do we ask anyone who we know is the opposite gender to make a female skin while I make a male skin? Can it be themed? Do we agree on themes with the partner?

I really do, but my question is the same as Neon's, does the gender of the person MAKING the skin matter? I know that that the skins do, but can a guy make a girl skin and another guy make the male skin?
