1. You can make a project by going here: http://www.planetminecraft.com/account/ ... /item/new/
2. You can make a project on Minecraft by building something, and then uploading the world save to Planet Minecraft, and adding pictures and descriptions.
3. Singleplayer, or if you are the owner of a server (have access to server files), then you can do MultiPlayer, but make sure it ONLY has the building(s) you are uploading.
