The hair is the main thing I'm worried about although I would appreciate the outfit as well, excluding the handbag'

I could make one with the handbag (pretty sure that was the focus of the image). The handbag can be removed later too.

Hair was a bit difficult, but I think it looks alright.
To remove the bag, simply open an image editor, and erase the bag in the red box area.
