I would like a Well DETAILED skin
I would like a skin of Bumblebee (VolxWagen Beetle) from Bumblebee movie! Il take a well detail version of it, but hey! Atleast you tried your best :)

a commission is when someone does a piece of art work for money, so i would do it if i would get paid
thats something you are going to have to take off site, we dont allow discussion/arrangement of commissions/paid work on the forums

not everyone knows how to make skins, or are good at art, hence why people come to the forums with skin frequents, sometimes skinners come and complete the request and sometimes they don't, as with all users here SunDatPun is more than welcome to use the forums to request a skin and the parameters of said skin as all people have in the past and still do, that's one of the main uses of PMC/Workshop and always will be
just because you don't like how they are requesting the skin, or the language that are using doesn't give you the right to come and flood the comments with rubbish, so instead of posting rubbish and attacking SunDatPun, hows about we don't post anything
im just gonna press some buttons and make the current comments vanish, this is not /r/choosing beggers (despite all of you in the comments thinking it is, the link to that place is www.reddit.com/r/choosingnbeggers ), this is planet minecraft forums where we don't make fun of people for how they ask for things, people are allowed to request things however they want, this is not a shopping site, when people request things on here they expect to get them done for free, else terms for payment are discussed and talked about off site, we don't deal with buying/selling things

in this case it would have been something you would report, harassing/attacking users over things they do is not tolerated
I’ve never really reported before so I had no idea what to do except try and turn them into the direction where they’d stop

This isn't a request. You never asked for anything. You simply stated you wanted something as if you are entitled to it. This is the equivalent of walking into Bestbuy and saying "I would like a new TV" to a cashier. this is not what DinowCookie had in mind when she told you to request a skin
