This idea is simple , I am in the middle of making a settlement , and You can request to move in and request Homes and call petitions for public buildings to be made ( Leisure center for example ) , as long as they meet local building codes.

A House must...

Have flat roofs.

Be no taller than 10 blocks.

Have windows.

Be approved by at least 10 other people.


Meanwhile You can also apply to become an architect and build other buildings ( Hospital's , Apartment blocks etc. )

A building by an ARCHITECT or by ME needs to be put into petition before being built.

Anyway , I think this could be an interesting experiment , a city built and decided by ordinary people.
