No using any of my textures in any texture pack. Don't bother asking.
If you ask for a complex character from a movie, game, etc, it will end up at the bottom of the list and I will delay it for as long as possible, but I'll eventually do it.

I will be using the custom armors for a video so that everything seems more natural but I will probably use it for personal too

It's kind of silly to make such a variety of things only for personal use. Any dishonest person will use it for texture packs whether you like it or not :\

I think I can do the helm, but the chestplate will look a little different to what you specified. I can do the pants easily though. Is this for a mod, texture pack or just personal use?
