I do not make skins, instead I modify skins that people have already created for the users benefit. For example, someone messages me that they want a skin that they downloaded changed in a specific way, but the author cannot do it. That's where I modify it for them.

Well, I've only modified one so far (my current one), and unfortunately, the original author (for all I know as I cannot find it) has removed the skin.
