I think you need to shade, rather than make things noisy

I use a tool to shade.I use it just to make my skins look better and look shaded when they are not really
No, they do not looked shaded. Noise doesn't look shaded.
Trust me, take this from a skinner, look up in blogs, how to shade a skin and you'll get loads of ways to shade that are very easy. It will take some practice but remember practice makes better. Good luck!
The noise tool does not look better. I find that unshaded skins look better then noise.
