Hello,
I'm looking for a fairly talented skin creator to make a skin for me. I have contacted skin creators before and the have said they cannot or will not make the skin whether it being too difficult or because they just flat out won't take my request. The skin I'm wanting is of my Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Character: Hibiki. I have tried to make him myself and I can't do it with the current lack of skill I have. I have provided a link to an imgur album containing multiple angles and close ups if you're interested. The creator of a really well made skin can receive my praise because I'm afraid that is all I can offer, but I will be thankful to all whom try.
