Step 1: find a server and make sure you like it.
Step 2: get know, make friends, and help out as much as you can
Step 3: stay on the server for 2-4 weeks
Step 4: finally speak to the owner and say: "Hello, please dont ban me, but can I be staff? Ive been on for awhile now, and im just offering help to the server. I just want to do my best to help others. I understand if i cannot be staff."
