I was hosting my modded minecraft server with a company that had an option to choose "Mod: Forge 1.6.4 (9.11.1.965)" as the Server JAR in Multicraft, and my new hosting company has the option for a custom jar instead of selecting forge. Because of this, I uploaded the "forge-1.6.4-9.11.1.965-universal.jar" file as well as the "minecraft_server.1.6.4.jar" file. When I try to start it however, it does not work.
