Ok so i have made a server that is doing ok to start with. reg 10 players online and around 30 members in total.. many more come and go for short spells... so now i need to keep players more active to get upto the 40 regular players i want.

The server is a mix of bags! It is a Prison, slight OP prison, RPG, City, Survival factions, PVP, Guns, Gangsta ranks, City Cops ranks, marriage, businesses, drugs, and much more... it kinda works but i dont feel it is right

I do like all the plugins and they work well.. the economy is kept pretty tight even with casinos and rewards for voting with cashcrates.. prizes for Survival Games and Parkour! Not all ranks can perform all commands of course but players are maybe getting confused by so much going on and too many options..

If anybody has any suggestions (not a bungee server due to causing bad lagg issues in the past.. i have 2 vps's atm and many servers including minigames, skyblock on the bungee) so ye i just want players to enjoy and stick around for a long time :/ not asking much
