Calling all Minecraft PMC builders! Are you ready to put your creativity and building skills to the test? Join our Minecraft Map making Jam competition and showcase your talents in a 51x51 Plot!


In this competition, you'll be challenged to create an amazing Minecraft Map within a 51x51 plot. We welcome all levels of Minecraft players, so don't worry if you're a beginner. This is an opportunity to challenge yourself and test your building skills.

You can build whatever you like, but think of something interesting and make good use of your space!

To participate, all you need to do is create your map within the designated plot (USE THE TEMPLATE WORLD!) and make it available for download (in the jam) during the 15-day entry period. After the entry period, a group of judges will rank the maps based on several criteria, including general looks and attention to detail, naturality and immersivity, originality and creativity, use of space, and story/lore (which is optional). Each criterion will be rated from 1 to 10, except for originality and creativity, which will be rated from 1 to 5, and story/lore, which will be rated from 1 to 2.

Please note the following rules:

1. The Judges will only rate what is inside the 51x51 plot. Whatever is outside of it is considered to just be stuff like block/color palettes or structures that were later put into the build (like custom trees or buildings).
2. No inappropriate builds (PG-13).
3. Use the Minecraft 1.19.3 version.
4. Use of building mods/plugins is allowed (for example, WorldEdit or VoxelSniper).
5. If you were inspired my anyone/anything, please mention them/it in your submission's description!
6. Do not be upset about the Judge's ratings as they only rate your plot with you should not take personally! Rather than that, think about how you can improve your skills :) because that is the point of this jam, to get feedback!

To help you get started, we have a template and an example map available for download at the bottom of this description. These resources will give you an idea of what we're looking for and how to best use the 51x51 plot.

2. Naturality && Immersivity
   How natural/realistic it is in its fictional world && How good you can Imerse yourselfe in the Build.

3. Originality && Creativity
   How Creative/Unique/Original the build is.
   Rated 1 to 5
4. Use of Space
   How well the 51x51 Plot is used.
   Rated 1 to 5
5. Story/Lore
   This is a completly optional part of this Jam!
