Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
28 day entry period.
5 day review phase after the entry period.
50% of entries ranked as finalists.
2 day voting phase on finalists after the review period.

Rating Criteria

1. Overall Look
   Rate the overall look of the character. Check to see if things match well together such as clothing.
   Rated 1 to 5
2. Details
   See if the skin has a good amount of detail and/or care.
   Rated 1 to 5
3. Originality
   Check to see if the skin is overall original. This criteria does NOT consider how good the quality is, but rather if it stands out.
   Rated 1 to 5
4. BONUS - Pixel Art
   As a bonus. If an entry has some kind of pixel art relating to the character, the submission will get a bonus star or two.
