Experience: I have been moderator, admin, co-owner, dev, plugin manager and server manager on many servers. I have assisted them alot by doing perms, configs, managing staff and also moderating the server.
Why do you want staff: I think i should be staff on your server because I have a lot of experience with servers and managing staff. Also I love to help people grow and It looks like you want to do good, so I want to help you in succeeded what you want. Also I'm a very user-friendly guy, so I get along with players easily and I don't rage and I can keep my cool.
How can YOU help: I can bring a hard-working, determined guy who will be very active and is good at prison, factions and many over game-types. Also, as said above, someone who is very user-friendly. I am also good with typing and grammar etc, so Its a good spot for me since I'm going to be talking with a lot of players. Also I'm good at spotting small bugs/problems in configs/perms with things like groupmanager, pex and essentials. I can also do basic config work like doing ranks, kits and chat formats.
Also I'm good at managing in a fair none biased way, meaning I can do things without it being all about me. I can also help in building a bit, however do not except me to build huge structures or anything time consuming, since I'm not really the 'builder' type of guy.
