Why would you like to become staff?: I want to become a helper because I like to interact with players and do what I can to keep everything positive and make sure the server is running smoothly at all times. I'm not much of a console/plugin person, I like to interact more with the players rather than sit in the background and work on plugins, websites, etc.
What would you do if - you saw someone hacking - someone was advertising?: Well, considering I want to be a helper, I cant ban or kick (I dont think I can kick atleast?). Anyway, if I cant kick, then I would get proof of the player that is using a forbidden client and I would show a staff member that has higher authority, and let him do what is needed. I would do the same thing with an advertiser, if I cant deal with them myself, I would get a person of higher authority to come on and take care of them.
How would you treat a player if they are complaining?: Well, you aren't going to make the situation any better by arguing with them/ complaining about their complaining. The key to making sure things run smoothly is by keeping yourself calm, yes people are going to piss you off, but it doesn't help to explode on them, it only fuels the fire. Keep a level head and just talk with them, try and find a way to calm them down.
How would you feel if the most helpful voted staff receives 20% of donations that month?: I feel like it would be very biased... The same person would always win or something around that. Not a huge fan of it.
What are you best at? - Plugin coding/configuring / Building / What else?: Interacting with the players; keeping calm in stressful situations. I am also a decent builder; although it is hard to keep me on task when it comes to building, I can get any project done that is thrown at me.
How active can you be? I can be on every day, I am a full-time student and have a job, meaning I would be on at various times. I'm up at 7 am every day and I usually don't go to bed until about 5-6 am (I don't really need the sleep). So I can watch the server at night when no other staff member is on.
What is your overall maturity (be honest)? I am very mature (That's what everyone says though right?) I'm going to be honest, I am mature but I also like to have fun. Do I go overboard some times? Of course I do, I would be lying if I said I didn't. But when it the time comes to be serious, I am.
Do you currently staff on any other servers / have done before? Oh my, please don't make me list all the servers I have been staff on, it would take way too long. Yes, I have been a staff member on a server, varying from Owner to Helper. No, I am not currently a staff member on any servers.
