You need to download the Forge Mod for run any mod for MC

THEN PRESS INSTALL AND THEN IT WILL INSTALL THE FORGE
(IMPORTANT ALL THE NEXT PROCESS WILL ONLY EXCLUSIVE FOR WINDOWS XP-WINDOWS 10, NOT FOR MAC OR MACINTOSH)
Press the windows button or start button on your keyboard then press R
WINDOWS+R OR START+R (IMPORTANT!! AT THE SAME TIME)
Then write in the textbox: %appdata%
Then search the .minecraft folder
open the .minecraft folder and search in the folder it there is the mods folder, if not add it with the same caracters
