How long can you play each day: 3-4 hours a day unless im doing or not allowed on.

Server managing Exp: (3-4 sentences) ive been a co-owner on my friends servers and we have managed very well without people griefing. I mute people who swear at others unless its allowed on your server. i will ban or kick anyone who griefs or annoys us too much.

Plugin knowledge: (1-10) 6 i recently learned how to fix towny plugin and mess with permissions. but im not the greatest with plugins to tell the truth

Building exp: (1-10) most people say im a really amazing builder and i think im alright. id give myself a 7 or 8 out of 10

Are you a coder: no but im planning on learning

There are people on the server spawn killing and griefing. What would you do? kick the spawn killers and send them a message and ban the griefers.

A staff member below you is abusing his/her powers. What would you do? tell them to stop if it continues message you or kick them for a bit.

A staff member Above you is abusing his/her powers. What would you do? tell them to stop if not. talk to the owner

A person is hacking. What would you do? ban just down right ban em.

I'm not on, and the you are the only staff member on. People are spamming chat and cussing at you. What would you do? i will kick tell them to stop if it continues i will kick them for a while

Anything else? Im a major vikings fan

Do you have any experiences as a server Admin: i've been an admin and higher before but not for coding or perms. just to be there and lookout for hackers and fix broken land and build things.
Skype Name/Email: jordanwrightnow is my skype but no mic sorry im on a different computer.
Will you be active to our server: i will be active but tomorrow i go to vikings training camp.

How can you help out our server and what can you bring to it: ill help you build and help newcomers. i will rebuild land if griefed and make sure to listen to you and do as told.
Why are you interested in this position: because i want to learn how to fix or add perms and help others if possible.
Any experience in developing such as Coding/HTML/Etc: i know thats the whole idea of these ranks but i have no idea and want to learn.
On a scale from 1-10 how well do you think you'll be able meet our server standards: 10 on doing as told till we talk about permissions... im sorry i really am in the learning process. my ign will be BritBoy97

Why you would like to be an admin: im a great builder i like to help people and kick the bad people. i actually want to be admin and learn how to deal with plugins a bit better.
Have you worked on other servers previously: yes me and my friend made a server and had 5 regular players a day.
How many hours a day would you be able to be on: 5 hours a day unless on a trip
About yourself: i like to learn and love to build and would like to help the server. I have played this game since december 17 2010. i doubt this gets me admin but i need to learn how to fix perms and add perms.

Ever been admin on any other servers: yes only on my friends server and we handles things well
How could you help the server: I like to build and people usually like what i build. I like to make sure nobody griefs the server and try to stop people before they can grief. I like to keep people in line and answer all there questions.
Would you ever donate to the server if it was in need of money to pay for another month of service: I cant im not allowed to donate
How active are you: Ill be on all week and the next week ill be on 2 of those days
What plugins are you very good with: world edit and group manager thats about it
Are you a good builder: Hell Yes
Ever been banned from a server?: no i've just left if there are abusive staff or if there are people i dont like in it
If so why?
Why do you want to be staff?: (The longer the better) Because im bored of just surviving and i like to help people. I always treat people nicely and im that the kind of dude that goes into a whole bunch of servers asking for staff this is the first time ive applied in months. im the kind of guy that likes to make sure people arnt doing anything wrong and want to prevent people from doing things they shouldnt. and hopefully i can build something.
Just supply some more info about yourself: Im 17 and i have played minecraft since 2010 december 21st says the mojang site. I have made my own server for 4 days but stopped because my old computer couldnt handle it and it was soo laggy. did i say i friggin love to build.
