This is just a basic Perm ex set up let me know how you go.
You might have to add or take some permission out of the default group if you
dont want them being able to use it. Permissions are usually pretty easy to
find. I Just google the plug in name and Permissions. So for Essentials I would just
google "Essentials Permissions"
