Past experience and proof of said experience?: Currently an operator of a server and a moderator for another. Otherwise I've just been a dedicated player for various server over the years.

What will you do best to help the server and community?: I just intend to be the cool moderator that knows the true intention of any MC server; to have fun. I don't want to be recognized as a Moderator, just a player with the obligation to remove those who want to prevent a good time. I'll already passionate and interested about this server so I'd do anything I could to make the community united and appeased.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: About four years.

Why should we choose you and what would you server benefit from said choice?: You should choose me because I won't be the faceless and feared moderator a lot of servers have. I want to be a moderator that goes beyond what his exact duty is, ranging from helping players in-game build something to collaborating with other staff members to improve functionality and gameplay of the server. I know how to recognize the bad from the good too, and with me as moderator justice will be delivered correctly.

provide an example of how you would work in a certain scenario: Player A was just killed by Player B. Player A then accuses Player B of using hacks in the chatlog. I would immediately stop what I was doing and ask to resolve the situation with both parties by meeting somewhere in-game. I'd give them both a chance to defend their side, and if adequate evidence is present for either, then I would make my choice who is innocent or not and give the punishment to the wrongdoer. If an inadequate amount, of none evidence is given, then I would begin investigating witnesses and history of the two involved parties. If I'm still not able to make a conviction, then it's the ol' innocent 'til proven guilty situation. The alleged 'hacker' walks, but the victim will be assured that I will keep my eye open for future incidents. Afterwards for any conclusion, I would make a report for future purposes.

I say it's just inherently bad writing, and people's tendency to waste money on stupid things. It's because people actually allow it, and are appeased by mediocrity. It's not just for the film industry, but for gaming and others.

Not really stolen, Nexus's server just consisted of different worlds with different concepts in play, such as having a survival world, a creative world, etc, and many servers do that...
