What are your general skills: Plugin development, server management, I'm basically an all-around guy, except for redstone.

Are you good at management: Indeed I am! I am a 4 time server owner, all of which ran successfully under my management!

Are you an independent or group worker: I consider myself a little bit of both. I do prefer working independently though.

Do you work well under pressure: Yes I do. Infact, I feel like being under pressure makes you more precise!

What are your Minecraft skills: I've been around since 1.1, I know everything in the book, except for redstone.
